14k Gold Filled products are made from a jewelers brass that is fused with a thick layer or sheet of solid 14k real gold. Much thicker than gold plating and vermeil. This much thicker layer means it won't tarnish, and is good for every day wear. Good for all skin types and hypoallergenic. Gold filled is the perfect material to have the same look and feel as solid gold, at a much more affordable price!
Please note, that while this material is very high quality and durable, if there is ever any deep scratches or significant wear and tear that there is the chance of slight tarnishing where the jewelers brass may have become exposed.
